It is designed to retract upon impact. The collapsible X-Bar arms are spring loaded, keeping the Shelter in projected position. When compressed by an incoming trailer the panels create on air tight seal that block out foul weather, insects, dust and dirt, while saving on energy costs. The tough abrasion resistant fabrics make Shelter excellent long lasting investment.
The vertical panels shall be tear-proof PVC coated polyester with hardener on the face. The face width is 600mm and the side projection is 500mm. Guiding strips in yellow located on both sides of the vertical panels at the bottom.
The head curtain shall be tear-proof PVC coated polyester with hardener strips. The drop of the head curtain is 1000mm. On both corners of the header are enforced with armour pleats.
The frame structure and X-Bar collapsible frame are made from steel materials galvanized to resist corrosion.
